See my review of the Trivium tour at www.headbang.co.uk there are two reviews of different nights of the tour from two different people, but we both agreed on the bands. |

Sounds funny being so loud people left. I think Motorhead are the only band I've done that with, and that was because the sound loud it was completely distorted.
The sound for all the bands on the Trivium tour was really good over here, and that was even in a venue where the sound is normally really bad! |

yeah distorted and a lot of acustic feedback so it really hurts in the ears..Iīve got no problem with loudness..Metal must be loud ...But if its so it isnīt really nice...Since my trauma Iīm perhaps a bit sensible but like I say a lot of fans set of earlier and all with Trivium Shirt btw ...But perhaps in this show the guy behind the mixer was drunken ...But a friend told me it was the same in other german gigs soooooo yeah perhaps drunken |

Totally agree with you, there is nothing worse than a gig with bad sound! I always wear ear plugs to gigs now. I thought seeing I do so many I should try and protect myself a bit! |

Sorry for my late reply, but I only just registered here!
Well I was at the show together with Slatefan Micha. It really was too loud. I always wear earplugs at concerts, but Trivium where even too loud with wearing those plugs, also in the back of the venue.
I have seen Motörhead in front of the speakers with my earplugs and it was enjoyable, but Trivium sucked big time at that point.
Metal should be loud but when it hurts itīs too loud! |
