Today i received the letter that i can sign the rental contract for an appartment on thursday. I will get the keys on the 18th of october. So basicly i'm quite happy at the moment.
And this time i am certain it will be real... Last year i had already found a rental but when i got invited to sign it fell through, because the municipality Zaanstad had it's own system within the system for obtaining rentals. :evil:
As for the appartment it has 3 rooms and has a surface of about 76.1 m2 and is located on the fourth floor.
divided into:
livingroom + kitchen 32.2 m2
balcony 5.7 m2
bedroom 1 13.2 m2
bedroom 2 8.2 m2
bathroom 6.8 m2
other rooms/space 10 m2
Location Purmerend (15 km north of Amsterdam):
+ about 5 minutes from the cente
- next to the A7
monthly rent a lot, but at least i can live on my own again... |

| Yes as soon as i got my first appartment my ex gf moved in with me... after we broke up i oved in with my parents for a month untill this block was finished, which lasted an extra 9 months... |

today i finished painting the living room, i still need to paint the other rooms and lay a floor... :wink:
